The property
A single story bungalow with swimming pool, secure and gated, having 4 Rooms and 2 Bathrooms. The bedrooms comes with air conditioning and kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils. The living room has a flat screen tv that comes with local channels and a WiFi for streaming and connectivity.
The villa has a garden as well, allowing guests for barbecue activities. Guests can park their cars easily at site.
Is a 10 minutes' walk to the beach. Other attractions is the Jeti Nelayan Kampung Teluk Pelanduk. Whereby, it has beautiful morning and evening sceneries. Guest can also enjoy the good breeze and shipping view from a gerai located in Kampung Teluk Pelanduk - local Malaysian dishes in the kampong / village atmosphere are available.
Butik Villa is easily assessable from Port Dickson highway towards Melaka.
